Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BFF Associates website, the Early Bird VIP list, and the tax team information pages, each operated by BFF Associates, a trade name (doing business as, or "DBA") of BCW Agency ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website or any of our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or programs.

The Early Bird VIP List

The Early Bird VIP list is a notification list for updates about when we begin accepting tax preparation requests. Joining the VIP list:

• Does not reserve, schedule, or confirm an appointment.
• Does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability.
• Provides updates and reminders to help you prepare your documents.

A separate booking step is required when appointments become available.

The Tax Team Opportunity

Information provided on the tax team page describes training, professional tax software options, business resources, and team support available for aspiring or current tax professionals. None of this information constitutes:

• A guarantee of earnings, income, employment, or business results.
• An offer of employment or a franchise relationship.
• Legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice for your specific situation.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your effort, market conditions, and applicable regulations.

SMS Messaging Terms (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to the following SMS terms:

• Consent. You consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated SMS messages from BFF Associates related to your requested program at the number you provide.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies and may be up to several messages per month.
• Costs. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS messages. Opting out will not affect any email communications unless you separately unsubscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP for support. You may also email us at info@bcwbff.agency.
• Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Framework. SMS messaging is delivered under the A2P 10DLC (Application-to-Person 10 Digit Long Code) framework. We transmit a campaign identifier that allows wireless carriers to identify the message source, in accordance with carrier requirements.
• Age of consent. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to consent to receive SMS messages.

No Refunds or Guarantees

Unless required by law, any interest list, training program, or resource described on our website is provided without a guarantee of refund, earnings, or specific outcomes. Where a paid program applies, separate terms specific to that program will govern.

Use of the Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, any other person. You may not misuse our website by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorized access, or interfering with its operation.

Intellectual Property

The content, branding, names, marks, and materials on this website—including "BFF Associates," "Building Financial Freedom," and "Your BFF Should Have Your Back."—are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without our written permission. The BCW Agency name and branding are the property of the respective owner.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may link to third-party destinations, such as the Early Bird VIP list and tax team pages hosted on separate domains. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those third parties. Review their terms and policies before providing information to them.
